    The ActivTips flipcharts are all found on the Promethean Planet website. Login, click on the Professional Development tab at the top, and you will find the ActivTip flipcharts linked on the right. The flipcharts are meant to be used as self-paced tutorials of some of the key features of the program. I linked some here for easy access. They will go to your download folder. You can then open them and work through the tools at your leisure.

    Promethean Planet requires a username and password and will require some knowledge of how to use ActiveInspire. It has a great wealth of interactive resources.


    Has interactive resources grouped by subject, age group and category.

    TeacherLED – TeacherLED is a site dedicated to making the use of Interactive Whiteboards (IWB) easier and more productive. This comprehensive site features resources to use with IWBs in math, English, and geometry.

    SMART Exchange – This SMART Board interactive whiteboard site provides several lesson plans and activities for teachers to use in the classroom. SMART lessons are available for a variety of ages and subjects.

    Mr. Wolfe's Math Interactive Whiteboard Games

    This site is designed as a resource for teachers and students to find content specific math games for elementary school.

  • App Attack - ShowMe

    ShowMe is an interactive whiteboard screencasting app. ShowMe allows you to record over an interactive whiteboard space while explaining and annotating as you go along. Student accounts can be created by the teacher for easy sharing of their work.

    Explore the ShowMe website to see how others have used this app. As with much work published on the web, not all of it are the best examples, but they will provide you with ideas.

  • App Attack - Book Creator

    Book Creator is an extremely versatile app o found on the East iPads in the Creativity folder. It can be used with almost any grade level and with every content area. It uses text, images, annotations and sound recordings to create rich content which demonstrates a student's knowledge of subject matter or simply create a book for fun!

  • App Attack - Pic Collage

    Pic Collage is a free app found on our iPads in the Creativity folder. It uses pictures found through Google, photos from your camera role, text, and graphics to create cool collages. When it is complete, it can be posted to any number of photo sharing sites or can be saved as an image and email or printed. Check out the screen cast below to learn more about this app.
